Welcome to a powerful step you are taking in your strategic journey. Your investment of a few minutes to answer less than 30 questions will provide you significant returns. The Strategic Readiness Inventory © is a tool to help you pivot from crisis and day to day operations into looking forward during uncertainty, especially during these unprecedented times.

Complete this inventory for the team you work with. This could be your company, organization, department or team. As you rate the statements, always refer to/think about that group. For example, if you are filling this out for your department, answer all the questions for your department.

Do not over think the statements, your first response is usually the best.

Once completed, you will receive your customized report. You are finished when you click the SUBMIT button after the final question.  If you don’t complete the survey and close your browser, you will need to start over again when you return.
