Doug’s passion is helping professionals and organizations engineer better conversations.

He struck out on his own in 2002 after holding several executive positions ranging from a Fortune 50 Company, to mid-sized, high growth companies and entrepreneurial start ups.  He has lived the challenges of rapidly growing organizations and inevitable market turns.  He has managed several hundred employees who are geographically distributed and many remote workers.

He is serial author.  Thriving in Conflict, How to Build a Robust Culture of Feedback was released in 2019 and Exponential Leadership, Formulating YOUR Impact was released in 2017.  Both books are written as business novels that provide an engaging story about leadership while conveying tools and concepts to help any leader be more successful.
